I will not be offering a glass supplies shop however I can recommend a couple of places in Glasgow that may be of interest to anyone looking for supplies and/or tuition. Both of these are run by very friendly people and you can rest assured that any advice they give will be in your best interest and not just because they want to make a sale.

I have a small studio space in Glasgow located in Bridgeton within an old factory/warehouse which is currently being turned into small studio spaces.
I am hoping that it will all be sorted out and transformed into a usable space in the next couple of weeks. As soon as it is then I would be delighted to see any of my friends, acquaintances and ex-customers for a visit. I will provide the refreshments but feel free to bring along biscuits or cakes.
I am going to be focussing on making fused glass pieces, ideally larger pieces and therefore am now looking for outlets to display and sell my glassworks - SO ALL IDEAS AND CONTACTS ARE MOST WELCOME if you have any?
I will offer private tuition either on a one to one or two to one basis - but am not currently planning on running any workshops from here. I am happy to look at running workshops from elsewhere if the organisation is left to someone else.
I would also love to work on individual projects and opportunities as a joint venture so please feel free to speak to me if you have something in mind (I currently have something interesting lined up with Julia Swann whom some of you will know from Showcase Glass - as she was almost part of the furniture)
